The Power of Positive Thoughts

Is it possible that the world’s greatest achievers think completely differently from the majority?

Do you think the Wright brothers could ever have achieved what they did if they hadn’t believed it could be done?

Was Usain Bolt, the greatest sprinter of all time, a result of "I can’t do this"?

Have you ever thought that success in any field is it financial, political, sporting, or in anything for that matter, could be achieved whilst the individual was in a state of negativity?

  • 🥴 "I can’t do that"
  • 🥴 "That’s not possible"
  • 🥴 "It will never work"
  • 🥴 "I don't have what it takes"
  • 🥴 "What might people say?"

We all have negative thoughts, it's our default state of mind.
And we must be aware of our thoughts so we can shift them to the positive side.

I myself have been in the company of negative thinkers and let me tell you that their influence is very powerful and destructive.

Look at what happens if you place one rotting fruit in a bowl of fresh fruits.

This is why it is important that if you want to be successful in life, you must surround yourself with positive thinking people and share your positive thoughts and attitudes with like-minded people.

Obviously, you need to start shifting your own negative thoughts and be more positive while facing challenges.

Mental fitness is the ability to handle any adversity while being positive more than negative.

Being mentally fit means having a healthy and strong mindset that allows you to handle any challenge without getting stressed or overthink the situation.

Think of it as a physically fit person who can climb a mountain with ease while a not fit person will suffer and heavily breathe all the way up.

Pay Attention to Your Thoughts

One technique that will help you think more positively is to become aware of your negative “self-talk” and replace negative thoughts with positive ones.

Shirzad Chamine, the author of the book "Positive Intelligence" and the creator of the program about Mental Fitness suggests that we first take care of our brain's operating system rather than the nuggets of information that keep flowing in and out of the system.

To shift your brain from negative thoughts to positive thoughts or as Shirzad call it: "Shift from Saboteur mode to Sage mode" you need to practice three factors:

1. Weaken the Saboteur - be aware of the negative thoughts in your head and don't let them take control over you.

2. Empower the Sage - find the gift and opportunity in any situation, no matter how devastating it may seem at first.

3. Self-command - be able to shift from Saboteur mode (negativity) to Sage mode (positivity) on command.

You can learn more about it here

In just 6 weeks of practice, you can take control over your life by taking control over your thoughts.

The bottom line is that the negative thoughts that live on the left side of your brain are much louder than the positive thoughts that live on the right side of your brain.

After you can identify your enemy (saboteurs) you can start the shift to your inner hero/Jedi.

When you manage to make the shift with some practice, you become happier, less stressed, and start to achieve things you never thought possible for yourself.

You thought it was impossible because you were listening to the lies of the saboteurs.

Make the shift, join more than 500,000 people who are mentally fit, and took their lives to better places just by shifting from negative thoughts (saboteurs) to positive thoughts (sage).
